During this time of uncertainty we need time to reflect, relax, and revitalize. What better way to regroup but through a nice, soothing yoga session. Stay in the comfort and safety of your home and let’s physically and mentally rejuvenate.

ATTIRE: Miss Houston T-shirt, black tights/ leggings, and tennis shoes

INSTRUCTIONS: Please RSVP to receive an email with materials you will need and a link to access the online yoga class. Our online platform is through Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account but you will need web access and a camera on your computer.
