MISS – I was born in or before 2007. I attest that I am a female by birth or recognized medically and legally, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of the State of Texas. I am and have been a resident in the counties of Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, DeWitt, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Lavaca, Medina, Uvalde or Wilson, for not less than one month prior to the pageant, and/or that I am a registered student in any accredited scholastic high school, college or university in such area counties.

TEEN – I was born between 2007 and 2011. I attest that I am a female by birth or recognized medically and legally, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of the State of Texas; that I have never been married nor had a marriage annulled; that I have never given birth to a child nor am I presently pregnant nor am I a parent. I am and have been resident in the counties of Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, DeWitt, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Lavaca, Medina, Uvalde or Wilson, for not less than one month prior to the pageant, and/or that I am a registered student in any accredited scholastic middle school, high school, trade school, college or university in such counties.

I further attest that I have not made, nor am I under, any legal obligations that would prevent my appearance or participation in the Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA pageant or compliance with the terms and conditions hereafter set fourth: that I have not won any other state pageant this year licensed with the Miss USA Organization; and that I have never been a State Finalist who competed in the national finals of the Miss USA® or Miss Teen USA® Pageant. I represent that at all times prior to the date of this Agreement, I have conducted my activities and life in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards and that I have never been charged with the commission of a crime or engaged in any activities that might bring myself, Diverse Dreams LLC, or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliated or related companies, sponsors, donors, officers, directors, partners, shareholders or employees into public disrepute, ridicule, contempt or scandal or might otherwise reflect unfavorably upon any of the foregoing individuals or entities or might shock or insult or offend the community or any class of group thereof; not limited to but to include any type of professional or amateur dancing or modeling in any sexually oriented business or club, any type of nude or semi-nude photographs or video tapes, prostitution, use of any illegal drugs, or any felony conviction. I acknowledge that, by way of example, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing in any way, having appeared in public or permitted myself to be photographed in a state of partial or total nudity or in a lewd, compromising or sexually suggestive manner constitutes a violation of this paragraph. Contract, Rules, Regulations, Release and Terms Agreement(Required)

1. To participate in the series of events leading up to the final selection of Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA. To abide by and be bound by the rules and regulations governing the finals of the San Antonio USA Pageant. Participation in the Pageant will be understood to include public appearances required of me by Pageant Officials, and/or my appearance in telecast, radio broadcasts, print, pictures and moving pictures of all and any part of events associated with the pageant.

2. I agree that the time, manner, and method of judging and tabulating the Pageant and the awards will be within the sole discretion of Diverse Dreams LLC and that the decisions of the persons designated to judge and/or tabulate in various events in all matters pertaining to the selection of the winners will be final and not subject to appeal.

3. I further agree that I will participate and take part in all activities of the Pageant and will not leave any such activities prior to the official conclusion of the pageant activities as designated by Diverse Dreams LLC, unless otherwise agreed upon with Diverse Dreams LLC.

4. I agree that if I am selected as Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA, I will not compete in, volunteer with, work for, or promote any other pageant of any kind, local, national, or international during my reign other than Miss Texas USA or Miss Texas Teen USA without permission from Diverse Dreams LLC.

5. I understand that if I am selected as Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA, I will immediately sign the Contestants Official Entry Form/Contract for the 2026 Miss Texas USA or 2026 Miss Texas Teen USA Pageant (also written in this contract as 2026 Miss or Teen State pageant(s) or 2026 State Pageant(s)). I further agree that my failure to keep and perform the above agreement will, at the option of Diverse Dreams LLC, terminate my position as Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA.

6. If I am Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA, I will participate in the next Miss Texas USA or Miss Texas Teen USA and abide by all rules and regulations governing those pageants.

7. If selected as Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA, I constitute and appoint the Pageant and/or Diverse Dreams LLC as my sole and exclusive agent for the making of all press releases, statements to the press, contracts, engagements, theatrical employment, artistic or commercial employment in each event as Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA, until two days after said title is relinquished; and said Pageant will have the right to choose and designate my chaperone and traveling companion during said period. I understand that the Directors of the Pageant will be appointed as my manager to act on my behalf and on behalf of the Pageant.

8. I understand that if I win the Miss or Teen division of the pageant, my title is Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA and I will not use any other title, written or otherwise, anywhere at any time.

9. All photographs, print, videotapes and/or motion picture films or other recordings or reproductions made of me as a contestant in the Miss San Antonio USA & Miss San Antonio Teen USA Pageant, either individually or as a member of a group in connection with the Pageant, may be used by it, or anyone designated by it, for publicity, advertising, or any other proper use. I irrevocably grant to Diverse Dreams LLC and those authorized by Diverse Dreams LLC the perpetual, worldwide and exclusive right to use my name, sobriquet, likeness (actual or simulated), photograph, caricature, voice, biographical material and signature, in any manner and in any and all media whatsoever (whether now of hereafter known or devised), in connection with the development, production, exhibition, advertising publicity, promotion, marketing, merchandising and other exploitation of the Pageant, the Material (whether a part of the Pageant or otherwise), or in connection with the exploitation of any subsidiary and ancillary rights therein, any future Pageant produced or directed by Diverse Dreams LLC., business activities and the business activities of the networks, stations, sponsors and other exhibitors, assignees and licensees of the Material and/or the Pageant (the “Business Activities”) for any purpose, including without limitation, for any commercial purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to product endorsement, and/or any of the Business Activities. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, I acknowledge and agree that others assigned by Diverse Dreams LLC, shall have the right to use material, any part or element of the Material, my name, sobriquet, likeness (actual or simulated), photograph, caricature, voice and biographical material in and in connection with advertisements, promotions and publicity for the Pageant and/or any pageant produced by Diverse Dreams LLC., and for stations and other persons and entities broadcasting or otherwise exhibiting the Pageant and/or any pageant produced by Diverse Dreams LLC.

10. I understand that the Pageant has had to make certain contracts and commitments for Miss San Antonio USA and Miss San Antonio Teen USA in advance of final selection. If I am selected as the winner of either title, I understand and agree that such contracts and commitments will be binding upon me, and I will carry out and perform such contracts. I understand that if I do not carry out such contracts and commitments, I will forfeit my title and all prizes, acknowledgements or other advantages as the result of the title.

11. I acknowledge that the duty of the Licensee (Diverse Dreams LLC) to perform the pageant and it is subject to acts of God, including but not limited to natural disasters such as hurricanes, tropical storms, tornados, floods and also certain acts of third parties, including riots, war, insurrection, strikes (hereinafter “occurrence” or “disruption”) to the following extent: In the event such an occurrence should render Licensee’s performance so difficult as to materially impair anticipated benefit of the performance and contract, Licensee shall have the right to reasonably delay and/or modify its performance in order to avoid or minimize the effect upon its anticipated contract benefits. In such case, Licensee will exercise its best efforts to modify or reschedule the event. No party to this agreement shall be financially liable to the other in the event of any such disruption as described above.

12. I will not make any email addresses, internet or social network sites as Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA.

13. I understand that as a contestant, I am bound by this, and all other contestant contracts as set forth by Diverse Dreams LLC, pertaining to the 2026 San Antonio USA pageant

14. If I am not the winner of Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA but am a runner-up and/or the recipient of one of the Diverse Dreams LLC titles, I will not represent any other local pageant at the 2026 Miss Texas USA or 2026 Miss Texas Teen USA pageant. I also agree if I enter another pageant, I will forfeit any prizes I won as runner-up in the Miss San Antonio USA and Miss San Antonio Teen USA pageant.

15. Teen - In the event that I marry or become pregnant during the period between the date of this agreement and the selection of Miss San Antonio Teen USA, I will forfeit my right to participate in the pageant with no refund of funds already given toward the pageant.

16. If during my term of service I refuse to or fail to carry out my obligations under this agreement, or become mentally, physically otherwise incapacitated that I am unable, in Diverse Dreams LLC.’s reasonable opinion, to carry out my duties or am prevented from carrying out my duties because of acts of God, rule, order or act of government or governmental instrumentality, or other cause of similar or different nature beyond my control, then in any such event Diverse Dreams LLC shall have the right to declare this agreement terminated. In the event of such termination, neither party shall have any further obligations hereunder, except that any representations, warranties and grants of rights made to Diverse Dreams LLC under this agreement including but not limited to, the provisions of this contract shall remain in full force and effect and survive termination.

17. I understand that control over my activities during the Pageant will rest with the Pageant and the chaperone assigned to me. I agree to cooperate with the chaperone assigned to me for my protection and welfare during the Pageant and to be on time for all functions and/or events.

18. That your sole obligation, unless I am selected Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA, is to accept me as a contestant, provided I satisfy all the eligibility requirements and comply with and fulfill all obligations.

19. If I am selected as Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA, I will immediately sign and adhere to the San Antonio USA Titleholders Contract and to participate in the 2026 Miss Texas USA or 2026 Miss Texas Teen USA Pageant and abide by all the rules and regulations governing that pageant.

20. I agree that if I succeed to the Miss San Antonio USA or Miss San Antonio Teen USA title, I will not participate in any pageants during the time that I hold the title other than 2026 Miss Texas USA or 2026 Miss Texas Teen USA.

21. I am of good health and of good moral character and will supply letters of recommendation and medical reports to supplement this claim and will not have undertaken any activity that is likely to bring the Pageant and/or Diverse Dreams LLC into disrepute or subject to same ridicule.

22. I will not use any Diverse Dreams LLC or Miss San Antonio USA & Miss San Antonio Teen USA logos or artwork without permission from Diverse Dreams LLC. I will not print or use any items using the Miss Universe, Miss USA or Miss Texas USA logos or artwork.

23. I understand that all correspondence made by mail must be sent to: Diverse Dreams LLC, 14530 Panther Point, Helotes, Texas 78023-4366.

24. Neither I nor any member of my immediate family (i.e., mother father, sister, or brother) or anyone living in my household is currently employed by you or an officer, director, or agent of Diverse Dreams LLC.

25. I hereby release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against Diverse Dreams LLC, their parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, sponsors, prize donors, agents, subsidiaries, assigns, which I may have by virtue of any participation in the pageant or by any use of my name, likeness, voice and/or biography in connection with the pageant, including use and advertising material. The services to be rendered by me and the rights and privileges granted to Diverse Dreams LLC by me hereunder are of a special, unique, and artistic and intellectual character, the loss of which cannot be adequately compensated in damages in an action of law. It is acknowledged that a breach by me of any of the provisions of this agreement will cause Diverse Dreams LLC irreplaceable injury and damage. Diverse Dreams LLC shall be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief in the event of any breach by me of this agreement. Resort to injunctive or other equitable relief shall not be a waiver of any other rights and actions Diverse Dreams LLC may have for damages or otherwise, and all rights hereunder shall be regarded as cumulative. No waiver by Diverse Dreams LLC or any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or succeeding branch of the same or any other covenant or provision. Diverse Dreams LLC is hereby authorized, in my name, or in its name, to take any action of whatsoever nature or kind, including the commencement of legal proceedings, at the expense of Diverse Dreams LLC, against the person, firm or corporation as Diverse Dreams LLC in its sole discretion shall determine, which uses or attempts to use, without Diverse Dreams LLC written consent, my name, likeness or voice for any purpose whatsoever.

26. I irrevocably authorize you, Diverse Dreams LLC, and those you authorize to investigate, access, and collect information about me, about any of the statements made by me in this Agreement, any supporting documents, and any other document that I have signed or do sign in connection with my participation as a contestant in the Local Pageant, or any other written or oral statements I make in connection therewith. I irrevocably authorize you, Diverse Dreams LLC, and/or those you authorize to secure information about my experiences from any source, including, without limitation, my current and former employers, associates, family members, educational institutions, government agencies, credit reporting agencies, and any references I have provided, and I irrevocably authorize such parties to provide information concerning me. I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably release and forever discharge all such parties and persons from all liabilities arising out of or in connection with any such investigation. I acknowledge and agree that any such information obtained by you, Diverse Dreams LLC, those you authorize pursuant to this contract or otherwise may be used for any purpose designated by you and/or Diverse Dreams LLC, in your and/or Diverse Dreams, LLC, sole discretion (including, without limitation, to disqualify me), and be described or otherwise related to any third party in any manner or media, including, without limitation, in advertisements, promotions, publicity, marketing, and merchandising, and in any other manner.

27. This Contestant’s Official Entry Form/Contract Rules, Regulations and Terms Agreement, contain the understanding of the parties hereto, and all prior agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement are hereby nullified and superseded. This agreement shall not be constructed against its drafter. All previous statements, representations, and negotiations, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by this agreement. I acknowledge that no promises, representations, or other inducements have been made to cause me to enter into this agreement which is not set forth in this agreement. This agreement may be set aside, augmented, revised, or modified only by a written instrument executed in the same manner.

28. Each of us being the contestant, parent and/or guardian, hereafter called party of the first part, does by these presents forever release, discharge and indemnify and hold harmless the Pageant, Diverse Dreams LLC, and the officers, directors, trustees, employees, sponsors, donors and affiliates of the foregoing, hereafter called the party of the second part, from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, damages, expenses, loss of services, actions and causes of action, whether arising at law or in equity, belonging to the said party of the first part against any party of the second part, except to the extent caused solely by the gross negligence of a party of the second part in connection with the activities described herein.

29. We, the contestant, the parents and/or legal guardians for contestant, do hereby consent to and agree to the terms and conditions hereof, for ourselves and on behalf of the contestant. We do further agree that we have not heretofore authorized any person, firm or corporation to use the name, photograph, picture or present or future title in connection with any endorsement of advertisement of any commercial product for or in behalf of the contestant, and we do further agree not to do so during the period from the date hereof and the selection of MISS SAN ANTONIO USA and MISS SAN ANTONIO TEEN USA for this year, and in the event the foregoing entrant is selected MISS SAN ANTONIO USA or MISS SAN ANTONIO TEEN USA, we further agree that we will not obligate her in any way except as set forth above during her reign as MISS SAN ANTONIO USA or MISS SAN ANTONIO TEEN USA.
